Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place the unworn boots back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer carton.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
